Welcoming you to join Anna for a revolving 4 week Pre/ Postnatal Course.
Suitable for all Mamas and Mamas to be. Babies and toddlers welcome (Please bring quiet entertainment for your toddler if you are bringing them along. We have toys and baby equipment available at the studio.)
This class is specifically tailored for supporting a woman on their journey of motherhood. It will focus on safely strengthening, opening and supporting a Mum's body in all the right places. Creating stability and awareness in the body and peacefulness with the breath. Preparing you for both birth and post birth.
Anna is a registered nurse and Mum of two young girls. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10. Practicing and teaching throughout all her pregnancies.
